The great conversation led to me hiring him to replace the 40+ year old duct work in the townhouse I purchased. James and his team was on time, professional and left the area neat and clean. He was also the only HVAC company that provided information on the current duct work and how to make it more efficient. He also did not try to up sell me on things I did not need.
